Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour

My Review: Very disappointing...it was like we were herded int a public boat for about 30 people...the guide spoke vide a loud and jarring PA system from the pilots cabin and she might as well been reading of a script in a monotone in 3 languages...most dry, uninteresting and morevover we could hardly hear anything because the PA system was screechy and loud! Also it was winter and turns dark very quickly...the tour took off at 2 pm but by the time we hit the second island of torcello after murano, it was already sunset and we xould hardly see anything. Suggest doing tis on your own with a vaporetto...cheaper and less disappointing!

Cinque Terre Small Group Day Trip from Florence

My Review: Cinque terra itself is beautiful but I felt a bit ripped of for what i paid for the tour! Firstly, we had to ait one hour and the other 3 tourists did not turn up, so i was by myself with the guide which was good. However, the agenda mentioned on the itinery were not done...for e.g the boat cruise on the Ligurian sea, we only saw RioMaggiore and walked from there to Manorola...so didnt get to visiting the remaining 3 of the Cinque villages!! viator should price this tour based on actuals rather than charging a hefty price and then not delivering on most of it!! The only redemption is the tour guide Mauro was a lovely gentleman and made the trip very pleasant...my issue is with Viators pricing based on a promised agenda which is then subjective to circumstances?..

My Review: Fabulous museums....the guide to Accademia was ok but the one to Uffizi ( fabio)was excellent( he is a art professor) and exceedingly well read on his subject...do ask for him if u can!
