Highly overrated and not a good value for our money. You need to inform the amount of time we would be spending on the the road in a van...it was 5 hours...half of the ten hour day was spent driving. Wish we hadn't wasted the money.

The Hop-on-hop-off bus was fine. The only thing we didn't like is the fact that we had to go so far to pick up the bus in the city center. We had to walk for over a mile and a half to the closest location, but we had no paper work to show us EXACTLY where we could pick it up. More detail needs to be sent along with the voucher as to an address, or contact number of where to board the bus..

We have used your web site for a few years now and have always been very pleased with the tour guide. Not this time! She wouldn't talk loud enough to hear her, even after requesting that she do so. She wasn't able to answer questions and didn't seem to know her material. Her English wasn't very good and we all had a hard time understanding her. Not good!
