Excellent tour! Definitely go with the small group tour. Our guide was Heinz; he was informative, on time and very personable. We had a great day visiting the Alps and definitely recommend this tour as the way to do it.

These tours are always a great way to see a city. Other than a bad weather day, the tour was exactly what we expected and what we wanted.

It is an easy and informative way to see Versailles. The group was small and the information provided was good. The tour basicaly takes you to Versailles, admits you to the tour and then stays outside to give you a ride back. That was all we needed, so it met our expectations. You do need to know the tour guide is only available for the ride out and back, not at Versailles. The tour itself is a self-paced walking tour with naration through a headset. We definitely recommend it.

We have used this service before, and "it is what it is", a ride from the airport. If you are impatient or in a hurry, I would recommend you find a better way. We had to call three times and each time we were promised 10-15 minutes (which seemed to be the standard, but inacurate answer). In the end, it took over an hour to finally get a van. I travel for business, so my expectations are higher than most. Other than that, it worked fine.

We definitely recommend this tour over doing it on your own. It was approximately 3 hours long and we saw all the main sections and "ust-sees" of the museum with an informative tour guide. It is a lot of walking and a lot of stairs, so come with good shoes.
