I have no hesitation in recommending Beijing Tours Guide to organize tours and accommodation in Beijing. We had five days in Beijing before joining a cruise ship in Tianjin to tour Sth East Asia. Beijing Tours Guide arranged transfers from the airport to the Crown Plaza Hotel in Wangfujing, three days touring the top Beijing sights, then transfer to the cruise ship terminal at Tianjin. An excellent experience and great value that could not be matched by tour companies in Oz. Our tour guide, whose name was Apple, was 1st class, provided all the historical information and insight to all the sights that can only come from a local. We had a great time in Beijing, thanks to Apple.

Driver was on time and assisted with the luggage. Would definitely use the service again.

No access to Eiffel Tower for dinner was disappointing. Queuing to the Seine river cruise was more disappointing. Then being shuffled up the back at the Moulin Rouge show really topped off a very ordinary night for the money paid. Would not do it again.

Tour operator not well organised, sort of get the feeling your second class tourists. Got to Pompeii, tour guide was informative, when you could hear him. There were NO AUDIO HEADSETS provided. Other tour groups were wandering around with headsets, but not this mob.

The full day tour was excellent but was a very full day with a lot of walking. Both guides were very informative . Our afternoon guide for the museum was very passionate about the art work on display, making the tour that more enjoyable. Would recommend the full day tour if you want to see it all in a short stay in Florence.

A full day climbing steps at Sienna and San Gimignano, but worth it. A must if you want to see the Tuscany region. Lunch in the Sienna town square was good and reasonably priced. The only downside to the Sienna tour is that you are not allowed to take pictures inside the bascilica.

It's a long day but well worth it. Stonehenge is exactly as pictured, Windsor Castle was interesting and informative, but Bath was beautiful and the real surprise of this tour.

There was not much hopping on and off the bus due to traffick delays. It takes hours to do the circuit as there are a lot of road works happening in London at the moment with the Olympics happening soon.
