Los Angeles, California
this is the best way to see the L.A. area. they give you ear buds to plug into the bus speakers to listen to the recorded information about the area.(comes in several languages) The maps are easy to follow. I would recommend the 48 hr tour just because of the time it takes to see everything. do be careful though, they say busses run till 9:00... 2 of them only run till 5 or 6, so you have to make sure to pick up the connecting bus to get you back to the Chinese theater. I would recommend this tour!
Las Vegas, Nevada
This was just ok. It wasn't the fault of the bus,but it was late in picking us up as there was an accident in Vegas that held them up.They didn't get there until almost 4:00. Also, I think traveling on a Sunday was a horrible idea on my part, as it seemed everyone was leaving Vegas at the same time to get home for work Monday morning. The traffic was just ridiculous.I never got to my hotel until 11:30 that night.probably could have flown in an hour for same price. They do try to make it comfortable though, snacks and drinks were offered, and a movie was shown.

any way you can get to the grand canyon is worth it for me!!! it is just a must see ! the plane was a little "hairy",but not that terrible. the pilot told us that sometimes the heat causes turbulence,so I was prepared. On the way back to Vegas he flew over Hoover Dam, which was pretty cool. But get to the canyon .. IT IS JUST AWESOME!!!!
