no apartment pickup had to wait on street bus stop. Brisbane reception girl at airport very hard bto understand and consequently a plane was missed.Drivers excellant.

No one knew where the pickup was as the writing unclear, it eventuated at another hotel up the road. We ended up contacting company and were told we had 8mins. to walk to transit house. We got a cab arrived on time, then waited another 45 mins. before it left. Company was not a good experience with office workers but an excellent driver, great knowledge.
