Excellent. Athough the driver was early, he agreed to pickup other customers and come back. In addition, it was another great free tour of the city again.

Excellent tour! However, better service is required when the weather is bad. We stood at Gard Nord in hollowing wind waiting for the gate to open. The customer service person had no plan or clue how the deal this event. That said, the rest of the tour of London was great!

Paris Shuttle is excellent way arrive from the airport to your hotel. We can directly after arrival as instructed. But, this was before customs and luggage retrieval. As a result, we miss our driver twice. After a call or two and bit of a wait, our driver arrived. Although the weather wasn’t the best, it was Paris; who cares. We hoped to catch a free tour of the city by being one of the last to arrival at the hotel. Our wish was granted. The ride into the city was spectacular.
