Commentary could have been more. But with the 3 lines it was worth it.

The first hour was a waste. You did not leave the square and the church. The second hour of the walking tour was much ore interesting and what I expected. The only issue was the group was so big that walking down the streets in single file sometimes you could not hear what the guide was saying. When it says one day it is not it is 2 hours in the morning and 1:30 minutes for the boat ride. The boat ride was great very informative (I would give this a 5 and say a definate must do.) We had a 4 hour break between the walking and boat you do not find this out until you get there that day.

A definate must to see Murano and Burano. Torcello was a disappointment only thing to see after a long walk is a church since you did not have enough time to go to the museum. The reason for the low ranking is the boat was horrible we sat in the back and the engine was behind us we could not hear a thing that the commentator was saying. It was also so loud you started to get a headache. If they would update the boat it maybe would be worth it. But I would say take a taxi/private boat to make the trips more enjoyable.

Atmosphere was nice the trip was nice. The story behind the castle was great. Just didn't think the 4 wines were that great.

If you only have a couple days in Pisa definately take the bus we liked the second line that takes the ride out of the city.

This was a great way to see the Vatican. So you do not have to wait in the long lines. One issue was thought the guide said not to buy souvenirs as we walked through the Musuem and Church. But then you get to the end and there are no Souvenir shops run by the Vatican only the ones outside run by individuals. So if you see something you want make sure to buy it. The afternoon trip to the other 3 churches was a nice addition. We liked our guide she was not Italian so she put a different more informative spin on alot of the stories.

This was a waste of a day. The meal was not that good for Italian Fare. The Naples visit was a joke a 10 minute drive around the city in the bus. No need to see the Cameo factory either. Also, 2 20 - 30 minute bathroom breaks that dragged the whole trip on forever. I would recommend taking the train from Rome to Pompeii the station is not far from the entrance and buying a book to expalin Pompeii it would be much cheaper and more informative or just find a trip to only Pompeii

If you have the chance definately take this day trip. Our guide was one of the best she was very informative and entertaining. If you want to get a better idea of history then Hadrian's Villa is a must. The ruins are in amazing shape you can really picture the past. All 3 of the people in our group said it was worth it.

I have to appluad Enjoy Rome our flight was 4 hours late from teh US. So we missed this tour, They let us join in on the night tour which was the same except you did not get to go into the Colleseum. Our guide was great he kept us moving and we were walking almos thte whole time. The only thing we missed seeing was the Spanish Steps. I recommend the night walking tour it is cooler unless you want to see in the Forum and Coleseum.

There needed to be more explanation during the cruise. It would have been nicer to go deeper into the fjord. Not really worth it.

Not exactly what we expected the hosts were great and knew alot about the music but you did not see differnet performers and you sat in a secluded room. Due to this it would make more sense to just stay at one pub to not waste time walking and get more of the music information.

Nice and easy way to see the city well worth the money. The last bus was at 5:00pm it would have been nice if it ran later since most sites close at 5:00pm.

Great experience. The whole tour is in English but at some points it was very difficult to hear the video screens due to background noise. It would have been nice to have an audio guide in English to get more out of the tour. The view from the top is great since it was a sunny day. .

A great way to get more History on the Beatles. If you come on the weekend either come right wawy in the morning or the afternoon the line gets long. The 4D video was cute but not a must see.

A definite visit for all. Just the history is worth it and the free loaf of bread at the end was a bonus. The translator/guide was great.

Had 2 languages on the bus/tour at the sametime with one tour guide. So while Spanish was being spoken the English participants just stood are around with nothing to do. This could be organized better where the guide tells one group to come back in 10 minutes etc...The guide was very informative and we were informed of other places in Florence to see.

The instructors were nice and personable. They were very knowledgeable about food and it's history.

Was quite difficult to find bus. There were 2 lines advertised that ran english tours on a consistant basis. But when we tried to find the other line we were told it only runs 2 times a day. When we went back at the time the bus operator said the tour was only in German.

The guide was 10 minutes late. Also, the tour included walking around different sites in Barcelona that was not mentioned in the explanantion. We had already done these same sites earlier that day. Really expected more about the Tapas. So if you are really looking for a gourmet tour this is not for you.
