My Review: MUST DO TOUR! Berny my tour guide was wonderful - he definitely made the trip fun and even though it was a full tour went out of his way to answer everyone's ? and make everyone feel at home. I work full time in an Emergency Room and have 2 other jobs - I needed a getaway. This was PERFECT, San Francisco's BEST tour! The sights were indescribable, plenty of chances for pictures! Comfortable bus and planned out well. Enjoyed the hike and being outside! Thank you Viator and staff - even the operator who took my call was very sweet (wish i could remember her name!) Y'all made my Christmas special and unforgettable. I've been telling all my friends! Happy New Year to everyone.
