My wife and I had a great time at the NO Cooking Class. Ms. Sandra was adorable,, informative and entertaining.

After many attempts of making Gumbo at home, I now believe that after this class, I've now learned the trick and Jambalaya, lets just say I need a bigger pot because I now have a waiting list for the next batch I make.

The only cons I can come up with is it was a little hard to hear in the back of the class so you need to book early. The classes are full and the earlier you book the closer to the front of the class.

To any foodie that like to cook, I recommend knocking a few hours for this class.
