This was a lovely trip and all the tour guides were very informative and answered any questions that the group had to ask. I would definately reccomend this trip! I traveled alone and felt very safe.

My only complaint is I walked around for about 45 minutes looking for my driver. The person in the bookstore where I was suppose to meet the driver was very rude and not helpful at all. The cab drivers outside were of no help either. When I finally found the information desk the lady was very nice and called my driver to find out where he was. In a matter of minutes after she called, he was there. The driver was very friendly and curtious.

Great time had by all on this tour! Very friendly staff and convenient meeting area. They even waited for a group that was running late, Unlike another meeting area in London where they didn't wait when I was late.

Due to traffic and a bad cab driver from the airport, I was unable to make this trip. Tried calling to inform them that I'd be a little late a quarter to the scheduled time and no one answered. The cab driver left his number and no one called back. I was dropped by the meeting spot and the people inside were totally rude and mean! Didn't give a crap that I was late and said there was nothing they could do and no other tours I could take? I strongly do not reccomend booking anything that has something to do with these people. Just sent me on my way and I was completely stranded after paying a $147 USD cab bill!
