It was a wonderful experience for my two young daughters and I - we thoroughly enjoyed the cooking cruise. Our chef took us to the market and showed us the various vegetables that we would use and it was good to see what they looked like, he was friendly, welcoming and helpful. He did a great job explaining how to prepare each dish and was patient as he helped the girls. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was plentiful and deliciously fresh. It is great to have a printed copy of the recipes so we did not have to waste time writing notes. My daughters loved carving the vegetables to make flowers and were eager to go home to show all to their friends!! Highly recommended!
