The tour guides were excellent and though I thought the bus changing was a bit excessive, it was well organized! The bus even dropped me off at the airport after my trip which was just awesome and I'm so appreciative for this! I would recommend this trip to anyone travelling to Israel and hope that I'm able to go back to Israel and see more of this stunning country! :)

We had Keith as our guide and thought he was great. He was kind and chatty with everyone and gave us some good background history about Ludwig and his family. He didn't actually come into the castle with us though and be aware that you cannot take photos inside which was a bit of a bummer. However, Keith did show us the way to the bridge (it's closed in winter and VERY enter at your own risk) and it gave an amazing view of the castle! It was also very snowy on the day we went so we didn't see the surrounding mountains so clearly but the quiet atmosphere created by the snowfall was really something else!

We loved the Moulin Rouge Dinner and Show. This review isn't so much about Viator but about the actual dinner and show which were fantastic! The 5 course Christmas dinner was delicious and the singers and band leading up to the performance were great. We were at table 6 so we were on the ground floor with a great view of the stage. The girls and guys of the show were walking right past our table! If Viator had something to do with the seating arrangements, then they definitely deserve props for this! The intermission performers (a juggler, acrobatic couple and philanthropist/comedian) were also fantastic! It was a lot of money to shell out but it was a once in a lifetime experience that both my mother and I thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone! :)
