Our guide didn't speak English very well and was hard for everyone to understand. We were only given 20 minutes at the viewing point for Mt Fuji. Not enough time considering the long drive up there. Also, after reading other people's reviews of this trip, we decided to not purchase the lunch with the tour. The problem we had was that there are 2 other restaurants at the hotel where we stopped to eat. There were also 2 other tour groups that got there before us, so the restaurants both had a 35 minute wait for a table. We were given 40 minutes for lunch, so not enough time to eat. So we ate at the bakery; not very healthy but tasted good. The sky train ride was OK, but again we were only given 10 minutes to enjoy the view and temple up there. The bullet train ride back was good. I just wish we were given more time to enjoy the views.

This tour was great!! The guide spoke really good English. We learned a LOT about Tokyo from her. The tea ceremony and bonsai garden were very nice and peaceful. The BBQ lunch was great and very filling. The boat ride was very relaxing. I also liked the shopping. I would definitely recommend this tour!!
