This was an excellent tour though a long day for us more mature people! The tour leader from walkabout was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the lady in Siena was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend this tour if your time in Florence is short and you would like to see a lot.

The guide did make the entry to the museum easier but we found finding the guide difficult. It was a long way from the front of St Peters where the On Off bus stopped to the front of the Vatican Museum and required a long walk.

Would have liked to see numbers on their stops as difficult to understand Spanish names. Would be a lot simpler. There were plenty of buses going around with helpful girls at the stops.
