The tour stated that it would finish at 1.30pm. No sooner had we got on the bus he told us we wouldn't be back until 2.30pm. I feel we spent about 1 hour too long at Pearl Harbor. We could have easily achieved everything by midday. Once we got back to the bus and ready to leave for 1.00pm we had to wait for 40 minutes as we were waiting for 4 people. Everyone was told very clearly that we were leaving Pearl Harbor at 1.00pm. The driver shouldn't have waited as there is public transport right there. The information the bus driver gave us was good but I believe we could have got as much information from hiring the audio. Pearl Harbor is worth seeing but would not recommend you do this tour.

Excellent. It was so nice to get off the plane and have someone there to greet you without the worry of having to look for the transport. Would highly recommend this service. The staff on the speedishuttle were very friendly and accommodating.

This would be great if you were in a group. But I did this alone assuming that there would be a tour group doing the experience. Not such a great experience alone.

Great value for money. Was the coldest day of my life but still beautiful. The tour guide showed us not just the falls but the local towns too.

I purchased a 2 day ticket but only did 2 trips. The tour guides left much room for improvement. One could not speak english well and the other one just complained about the development in NYC. That is not what I came to NYC for. They still expect tips at the end for crap service.
