It is always a disadvantage being the first to be collected for a shuttle service as it takes so long to get to the airport. The timing once we collected the last people was fine.

The tour guide was fantastic. However, i am fed up with late starts because the group always seems to have to wait for people who are not punctual. There seems to be a fear about leaving late comers behind

This wasa disappointing tour. The organiisation at the tour operator was appalling: not clear and very confusing. The organisation once we reached Versailles was just as bad: no clear communciation regarding establishing the groups, supplying of audio equipment and understandign what we were doing. We were not provided with maps or overview regarding the limited facilities at Versailles.The guide knew the details but needs some attention to managing a group of people who need a greater sense of the day ahead.

Organisation for this tour was appalling. Despite confirming details we still had to go to anopther location to commence our tour. However, the tour gudie was excellent and we were happy as no one else turned up to join the tour.

We enjoyed the show: the pysicality of the acts, the costumes and the singing. The food was ordinary but that is usually the case at such places. Very crowded and the people we shared our table wiht were not friendly at all.

Only way to do the Eiffel tower. Wet weather was ominous but it was very clear when we got to the top. Tour guide was very good. Can't stand waiting for late comers.

A small group of 6 was ideal for this activity. The gude provided an excellent overview of Paris and this set us up for our own exploration.. Lots of walking so much energy is required. There is always one person in the group who seems to take all the tour leaders attention. tour leaders must learn to address these needy people quickly and share their expertise wiht the whole group.

Disappointing communication process at the airport. Had t owait too long for another party to arrive- an hour. There needs to be a better way to address everyone's needs. I think we would get a cab next time
