The trip began with a large crowd and long lines to get on the buses. Once that hassle was over, the trip was comfortable. The bus driver, Felix, was great. The stop at Hoover Dam is brief but spectacular. The three hours at the Grand Canyon also feels short given the number of hours on the bus, but it's a chance to see the Grand Canyon. The Imax movie had a made-for-children feel, but was informative and offered beautiful views from the canyon bottom. I think the trip was worth it.
If you get back to your hotel and realize you left something on the bus, forget about it. You won't see it again in this lifetime. Welcome to Vegas.
