This tour was very informative, hands on and one of the few museums where you can touch and see up close artifacts which made it more personal. An added bonus was being able to meet Gary Suson on the day of our tour so this was very exciting to meet the man who took these wonderful pictures which captured the historical events of 911.

This tour was excellent however the only negative thing was leaving at 4.10am in the morning and our plane was delayed by 60 mins and so the tour was a little rushed. Would like to have had time to visit the shop at niagra falls to buy souvenirs even if it was 10 mins. Did not like to tipping request from the tour guide as our 20% would have worked out to $250 tip and i don't think this was appropriate as we paid already $1500 and our day was cut short by 60 mins due to plane being late. The falls themselves were magnificent and certainly worth the wait as well as the boat tour on the maid of the mist.
