Our tour guide Becky was excellent. Pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. Would have loved to o another tour with her. We did have a local guide in Firenza that was knowledgeable but a little difficult to understand because of her heavy accent. But this was only a small piece of our tour. Would definitely recommend this company to friends. !!!
