Very reliable service. Departure time to HCM city was delayed and was worried that we will miss pick-up time as scheduled. What a relieved to see that Viator staff was there waiting for us. Great service. Than you.

Was disappointed even before the tour started. Waited at scheduled time as instructed by Viator but no one turned up nor did anyone from their office rang up to our hotel reception to inform us what was going on. Was anxious so rang their office and was told they will be late. Disappointed with late pick up of about 40mins. Anyway, would rate Mekong Delta tour with a score of only 5 out of 10. No bottled drinking water provided and lunch was sub-standard. Tours on the island itself is quite unique but pretty commercialised.

Very reliable and no worries on scheduled pick up time. Staff was there before pick up time and great service too. Tipped driver with red packet as it was Tet holiday and he was helpful too. Will use the service again. Thank you.
