The driver was rude and sulky. He did not wait at the agreed pickup point so was difficult to find. As soon as we found him his only conversation was to emphasize that the toll and tip were not included. He drove in sullen silence. A disappointing end to a fabulous trip. We will not use this company again.

The bike store is located several blocks from Central Park but once found, they were very accommodating and set us up with our bikes. You then need to walk the bikes to the park- the streets are too busy to ride. Once at the park we had a ball! You can't cycle on the pathways but have to stick to the bike lane on the road which goes around the inside of the park. We did the whole circuit and it was a lot of fun! Well worth doing! We had 2 hours which was about right.

Great views and a knowledgeable guide. Well worth doing while Liberty and Ellis Island closed. Views of Manhattan and the other Boroughs that you wouldn't otherwise see. Important to get there early because the guide likes everyone to stay in their seats and got quite cross with those who were standing to try to get better views! Sit on the left for views of Manhattan. Go upstairs. Outside views great but cold at this time of year.

Good value for money but transfer takes forever, picking up passengers from all other terminals until minibus is full. After a long flight, this is a frustratingly long transfer

Fabulous! Really worth pre-booking as you can't use cash to buy tickets on site. The view from The Top of the Rock cannot be beaten! Stunning! Go early and have the view all to yourself!

Fabulous! Our tourguide Robert was so interesting and entertainment. A fascinating tour of Harlem and then you join in with the church service and listen to the Gospel choir. A very positive, uplifting, friendly, happy welcoming experience. Strongly recommended.

I will never forget this museum- incredibly sad but sensitively done. Photos and artifacts displayed in a small peaceful room and only a small group of visitors allowed in each visit. An audio tour by the photographer allows you to take it in at your own pace without being crowded. Unmissable.

The driver spent the entire journey arguing over the radio with his boss, and was a terrible driver! He swerved, jolted and jarred his passengers giving a very uncomfortable ride. Unfortunately we hadn't anticipated the need to tip him as we had already paid for the shuttle- he was not happy about this and was aggressive and rude when we had no dollars to give him. An unpleasant end to a fab holiday.
