Capri is a wonderful island, I would recommend anyone to go BUT I DONT recommend doing it with this Tour Operator.

(1)the food provided on this tour was absolutely terrible.  I would not go to this restaurant again.  The waiters bring your these extremely tart glasses of lemonade, so disgusting and they ar 5 Euros! I was really disappointed with the restaurant.

(2) There was no organization when going to the blue gratto.  There has to be a way to manage time slots, we were waiting 2 hours sitting in the ocean to get into the cave. It was extremely hot and people were suffering from heat stroke and seasickness.

Absolutely wonderful! I would definetely do this again. We had our tour guide, Alina was amazing.  If you are on limited time and can only pick one day trip, do this trip! The Food and the Scenery is amazing.

Florence and the churches in Florence are amazing, BUT the tour operator forgot to pick us upin the morning. They claimed we did not confirm pick-up and were quite rude about it. We had to take a taxi for 15 Euros to get to their office and make it on the bus on time. Even though our tour guide was great, she had to speak in 3 different languages and it got  annoying after a while when all you are trying to do is sleep on the bus. The bus ride from Rome to Florence is 3 hours long, and when you arrive it is non-stop walking, waiting in line and on your feet all day. If I had to do it over again, I would take the train to Florence (1.5 hours) and do it on our own.
