Unfortunately although I had the printed receipt from Viator, Go Shuttle did not have the booking. The staff kept us waiting in the cold for 45 minutes whilst trying to verify the booking with their office, and at one the office staff point told me the booking was with another company - despite us calling the number on the booking information! Please review your booking procedures with Go Shuttle.

Excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed the day. It would be helpful to include the tour duration on the printed receipt to take away with us to make planning a day more efficient when a stay is short.
