Unfortunately it was raining the morning of our tour although it had stopped by the time our tour was to commence. On arrival they were not organized and had to find a guide which they eventually found although he was inexperienced as he had only been doing the job for a few weeks but was quite knowledgable and pleasent. The tour went ahead with just the two of us with the guide on bikes that were quite old. In future I would be looking at using one of their competitors if I was to do this tour again.

Only spent a short time in Cologne and it was perfect to get an overview of the city in the time we had. The boat was very comfortable with a large deck on the roof to allow us to take plenty of photos with uninterupted views.

Very well organized tour and well worth doing. The only negative was the the Neuschwanstein Castle was covered in scaffolding and to get a view without scaffolding you needed to walk a further 30 minute round trip to the bridge which was worthwhile. Although no problem to us you need to walk approx. 30 minutes up quite a steep hill to reach the castle which should be cosidered if your fitness level is not the best.

Would definitely use this companies competitor in future. This company had too many people on board with not enough buses to cater for them. Also had to sit on the bus at some stops for up to 15 minutes at times. We were not impressed.

Excellent tour with the highlight being "The Last Supper". Very well organized and well worth doing.

An excellent way of seeing the highlights of the city and would recommend to anyone visiting Athens. The tour has stops at all the historical sights.

Very interesting tour and a great way to see the Colosseum and the Roman Forum without waiting in long lines to gain entry. The day of our tour was 36 degrees so you need to take water and some cover if the same as you are walking in the sunshine for much of the tour.

Great way of seeing the sights of Rome with stops at all the highlights. The only negative was that they stopped for around 15 minutes half way around the tour which was not ideal with the sun blazing down on us.

Well worth doing as you have a guide and do not have to wait in lines which are very long. The highlight was the Sistine Chapel and the only negative was the amount of people allowed in. We felt like sheep at times being herded around although this cannot be avoided if you want to see the Vatican.

We were only in Florence for one day and found this to be a great way of learning about the city and seeing the main sites. The buses had two tours which both ran frequently.

A great way of seeing the many sights of Barcelona although this tour was by far the most popular which meant waiting in quite long lines to get on to the bus which was not ideal.

Excellent tour despite being advised well in advance by Viator that we could not have dinner on the Eiffel Tower due to a malfunctioning lift which was replaced by dinner at a restaurant adjacent with great views of the tower. The Moulin Rouge Show was excellent and the overall tour well organized and well worth doing.

A good tour of the three destinations although the visit to Windsor Castle needs more than the two hours given if you want a good look through. Was not impressed with the fact that 3 seats were sold on the bus for a couple with their 3 young children meaning the two of the children had to sit on their parents knees for the 6 hours you spend on the bus and became very restless which is to be expected but spoilt the trip for us as we were sitting in front of them.
