Tour was great. We appreciated the ear plug connections to our guide. The area was extremely crowded and this was a great way to hear as well as keep together as a group.

This tour was great. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Without her we would have missed a lot.

The gondola ride was great, however, the interaction between the boat drivers and the customers was nonexistent. After the boat we were dropped off at our starting point not at the restaurant. Obviously we thought that we would be taken to the restaurant. We asked for directions and were given very poor answers. It took us almost 45 minutes to locate the place. I feel this tour should be better explained and a map should be provided to the restaurant.

After being on two different airplanes and traveling for 14 hours, it was so nice to take this ride over to Venice. The directions on getting to the boat were very good and the staff was very helpful.
