A must see if you are in Cancun! The tour guides provided great information and added to the memorable experience of the trip. The tour guides offer great insight to the culture and history of the Mayan people. The lunch included with the tour was excellent, the food was delicious! My only recommendation is to order beer or an alcoholic beverage with your meal to get the best value with your meal.

The check in process was easy and hassle free at the airport. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I would have given Best Day 5 stars however they had the incorrect information for my hotel and dropped me off at the wrong resort. Luckily, I was able to flag down the van before it left and after a few calls was able to get to my resort. The process took a lot longer than it should have if they had the right resort info. Make sure to double check the destination with the Best Day representative before getting on the van!
