Driver arrived on time in a van with more than enough room for us and our luggage. She had no concerns that we had a couple extra bags. This is more expensive than a taxi but for us worth the comfort knowing you'd have reliable transportation and could pay ahead with a credit card.

We really enjoyed our trip to the cheese market, windmills, and cheese factory although the bus was a bit crowded. As others have pointed out, the cheese market area is quite crowded and it's mostly stage as a tourist attraction, but it is interesting to see. We really enjoyed walking around the town and just wish we would've had more time to do that. The windmill tour was very interesting and the restored windmills in very good condition. We had already seen a cheese making demonstration and had purchased cheese elsewhere so this wasn't as big a draw for us but it was still enjoyable. There are a number of buses leaving in the morning from the same area so it can be busy and get crowded. I encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tour. We would recommend this.

I gave this tour a 4 star rating because the logistics are a bit confusing as it is actually 2 tours that leave from Amsterdam which means that you have to spend time coming back into the city to then spend time going back out. I would've rather spent this time at one of the stops. It is also very confusing as to which bus you take and there is a good chance you might not be sitting with you companion if the morning tour comes back late. This nearly happened to my wife and I. I would recommend getting there 45 minutes early in the morning though since there are a number of tours that leave. With that said, the rest of this trip was great and I would highly recommend it especially for the price. We would've like a little more time at the windmills and a little less time waiting for the boat ride in Marken. Our guides were always very good and spoke very good English as well as other languages. The demo of the cheese / wooden shoe making was interesting in Volendam. We really liked Delft and would've enjoyed much more time exploring this area and much less time at Madurodam. We had over an hour and probably 30 minutes is fine especially since we had no kids on our tour.

There was some confusion for us on where to get the tickets and then which boat to take plus as it turned out we only received 1 ticket at the ticket counter when we had purchased two. We didn't realize this until we made our way to the boat but the captain welcomed us none the less without requiring us to go back. This was a great overview on a nice boat and I'd encourage anyone to do this and book ahead with Viator.

Driver was on time and took us to our hotel very quickly. Although cabs were available, it gave us comfort to know we'd have reliable transportation which we could pre-pay for. I would use them again. Driver was nice to point out all the sites and provide recommendations for us as well.

This was a very relaxing tour with good commentary so at the end of a long day that was nice. There were very liberal with the drinks and always asked if you wanted additional. The one major disappointment for us was that it was not Domino's pizza as advertised. For those of you who love Domino's and don't get it often, I think you can understand this. Like I said, it was a nice relaxing tour with a good ending of Ben and Jerry's.
