Total confusion at Seattle airport with a long, long wait for a van.

Excellent tour. Great driver full of information and anecdotes and Boeing is eye opening. However the tour itself is very rushed and superficial.

If you are only visiting for a few days, you need to work hard to get full value

Absolutely great. The seaplane experience was very good, with professional staff and an interesting low level flight to Victoria. The ferry ride back was a chance to relax, with the bus driver being particularly helpful

I've done this tour before but I have to say that it has improved out of sight. The drivers were friendly and helpful and a fair bit of humor was thrown in. I'd particularly mention Ross, who had a very broad knowledge, not only of Vancouver but how it related to other countries and events.

Hop on/hop off is the best way to see a place when you are there for the first time and/or have limited time. No exception here and the live commentary (recently added) was great with some very good guides (especially Debbie).

On time and not crowded. You can ask for no more.

Poorly organized would be my short description. Pickup was not at the door indicated on the voucher and the driver then had to go to another terminal to get tickets for those who hadn't paid or to get return tickets.

The tour covers Paris very well but there can be long waits for buses especially away from the main green route.

I was collected on time and was lucky to have a car by myself. However the trip into my hotel was a little hair raising.

An excellent tour with an excellent guide (Alex). This is a good way of being certain to see the Last Supper, but a little more time could have been allowed at La Scala.

The Honolulu Power Pass is good value, especially for first time visitors. It covers a good range of activities, although there seemed to be less on offer than 12 months ago.

Quite a comprehensive tour but with the limitations inherent in all activities of this type. I would have preferred more photo stops, but I guess that was not possible in the time allowed.

Very poor value. There was no guide for the trip and I was the sole traveller, others having given up when they heard it was not guided. I was given cable car tickets and a bus ticket to get me back to Lucerne.

Pilatus itself was OK but restricted due to considerable construction taking place.

Had I known all this, I would have gone to Titlis or Rigi. If you really want Pilatus, take public transport.
