We loved this tour, the Vatican is amazing! Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the tour, as well as easy to understand. I felt that the tour allowed for a perfect amount of time spent at each place. I only wish that we didn’t spend as much time outside at the museum reviewing the Sistine Chapel on the poster boards. I understand that there’s no way to speak to everything while in the Sistine Chapel, but maybe everyone could have their own pamphlet noting the highlights in each area of the tour. This would also make for a great keepsake.

We truly enjoyed this tour. I think splitting up the Accademia and Uffizi into 2 time slots with a long lunch in between was a great idea! At the Accademia, I really liked how the guide walked us through Michelangelo’s other works prior to the David and then we had the lots of time with the David to see it from all angels and hear the full background on it. The Uffizi was also amazing. The line to get into the Uffizi was longer than we expected and therefore the tour ran long. That’s the only thing that I would change is making sure that the tour ends on time.
