We had Andy as our driver and guide - he was Fantastic!!! Pick up on time from hotel and drop off too. We think it was our highlight of our week in San Fran, would recommend it to anyone. It is a long day but so worth it. Andy is a credit to your company :). Yosemite is a must for anyone - we had lovely weather too.

Pick up from hotel was on time. I must say that it is important that you confoirm the day before you fly home as we were told that al;though we book it here it isnt really confirmed. So if you dont confirm it 24 hrs before they would not collect you! Didnt realise that too be honest - you have to supply all details again : flight number etc etc.
