Shuttle arrived as coordinated and had us at the airport with plenty of time prior to our international flight. Please note: They require to pick you up 4 hours prior to your flight. Very reliable, this is the second time we have used this service coordinated through Viator and we are very pleased. Price is extremely reasonable.

Always the best way to see any city at your leisure. We were in London during the Queen's Jubilee where traffic was horrible and there was an extremely large amount of people celebrating, yet the bus navigated throughout the city without a problem and we were able to see all the important stops without interruption.

Fantastic experience, skip the line was well worth the investment. We were there during the Queen's Jubilee and there was a high level of patrons. Going to the front of the line was a great way to take advantage of the rest of the day.

Driver was waiting for us even earlier than our agreed time. He was very courteous and promptly got us to the airport without any problems. Recommend this service.

We followed instructions on our voucher, but unfortunately, the driver did not wait for us where we were instructed. After 3 hours and 4 international phone calls to the company and the driver, he wanted us to carry our bags to where he was in the parking lot. We refused. He finally met us at the coordinated location and wanted to charge us an additional 10 UK pounds due to our luggage. Voucher indicated that passengers were allowed 1 bag and 1 carry-on which we had. After showing him the voucher, the driver did not charge the additional money requested. Unfortunate experience with this service. Maybe an isolated incident.

The food prior to the show was extremely well prepared and tasty. We were very pleased. The show was amazing with unpredictable talent that was very authentic and entertaining.

Driver was not able to meet us at the location as instructed on the voucher. We had to call the vendor twice to attempt to locate the driver. Once he found us, he advised that the local authorities were not allowing the drivers to enter the pre-coordinated location as per the voucher instructions.

We had booked this as the explanation regarding this tour indicated you can see the cathedral at your own leisure. Unfortunately when we showed up, we were advised that we needed to be with a tour guide and were not allowed to enter. We called the vendor and they were extremely rude and advised that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed.
