Awful. The instructions did not say to call before trip to reserve. I thought confirmation number was reservation. I finally called and found out about reservation before hand (not at arrival at A/P which was shown on confirmation). I had to find the place for pick up and wait over 1-1/2 hours for late arrivals even though the time for departure was supposed to be 1:45 p.m. (I arrived at 11:50 a.m.). It was a terrible experience.
