My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small children) truly enjoyed the 5-hour tour of Peterhof Palace. Thank you very much to Lida, our tour guide! Even the kids enjoyed her stories of the history while inside the Peterhof Palace museum. We all liked the Peterhof Palace gardens and fountains.

My family of four (2 adults, 2 small children) did not enjoy our Hop-On and Hop-Off tour at Copenhagen. We chose the Mermaid tour. Majority of their tour buses were old. No airconditioning inside the bus. It was very hot. The intervals of the buses at each stop were very long, 30 minutes each.

This was a big tour group. My family of four (2 adults, 2 small children) always walked near the tour guide to avoid being lost and left behind. We easily exchanged our vouchers in their office. Tour started on time. We first went to Marken via bus (houses, cheese factory and clog factory). We rode on a boat to go to Volendam. We had some free time at Volendam to enjoy their Kibbeling fish and ice cream. Another bus came to pick us up and brought us to Zaanse Schans Windmills. We enjoyed this tour.

Excellent informative tour to the RLD.

There were 8 persons in our tour. My family of four (2 adults, 2 small children) joined another family. We enjoyed the tour. The tour guide/ driver was very kind. First stop was Chambord Castle. Next stop was Amboise Castle. Last stop was Chenonceaux Castle.

It was a rainy day and I had to exchange our voucher at their booth at the bus station. Pick-up at the hotel was also late. Other than that, we liked the tour. We had some free time in Lucerne and Pilatus. We rode different kinds of transportation (gondola, cable car, cogwheel train, boat and bus).

A big bus came to pick us up and was late. People in the bus had tickets/ vouchers for different tours. When we arrived near the Syntagma Square, the guide asked us to transfer to smaller mini-vans. It took some time so the rest of the tour was in a hurry. Had some little free time at Temple of Zeus, Olympic stadium, Acropolis.

Tour picked us up on time. Van was clean. They provided child seats for our 2 small children (ages 6 and 8).

My family of four (3 adults, 2 small children) was picked up on time at our hotel. Van was clean and spacious.

My family of 5 (3 adults, 2 children) got the 2-day pass. The East route buses could not accommodate the huge number of people going to and from the Sagrada Familia. However, the West route was better in terms of the intervals of the arrival of the buses and service. We had to transfer buses at Placa Catalunya to continue with the tour for both east and west routes.

Very good service, prompt intervals at bus stops (every 10-15 minutes), comfortable and well-maintained buses.

We did not find the driver at the airport arrival hall for our pick-up. I had to call to find our driver and waited for a total of 30 minutes. At least, the driver was apologetic, kind and helpful.
