Tour guide was okay. Seemed as though the tour guide and tour operators were disorganized. We left very late and were very rushed. My family and I didn't even have enough time to get food when we were told to get back in 45 minutes without recommendations. The rest of the afternoon was especially tough on my eight year old who was hungry and only had the snacks I brought. My daughter and I as well as another mother and daugther got lost from the group during the changing of the guard because the tour guide was not clear and didn't have anyway (umbrella, sign) to lead the group. I found the group again and made it back to the bus. The tour guide didn't even see the other people missing. I advised him once we were back on the bus and all he was concerneda bout was his earpiece. Saw interesting sites and enjoyed the tour overall.
Not impressed overall. Tour was expected to start at 11:15 and skip the line. We still ended up standing in a pretty long line and didn't get in until after 12 pm. Not a personalized tour either.
Great review. We were concerned we weren't going to see the lower levels due to rain but we were able to. We also were there during the strike but we were still able to see everything. We were tired afterwards but it was very interesting and a great tour. Tour guide was well informed, approachable and funny.
Definitely worth skipping the line. The line was insanely long and it was great to be in the museum with less people. It was helpful to have a guide to inform you about things and answer questions.
