May well be the best tour we have ever taken. Every stop was interesting and informative and being in a small group there was plenty of time for questions and answers. The food and wine were wonderful. It was a beautiful day.
Toledo is a not to be missed experience, but I would not recommend the all day tour. There was too little information to assist in making the lunch option choice. We had no idea what was going to be served in the prepaid options and no idea what the restaurant choices might be, if we took the "lunch on your own" choice. We choose the cheaper tourist lunch, which was ok, but the waiters were so rude to the guests who had chosen the less expensive lunch and they were serving food in the dirtiest jackets I have ever seen on some one touching food. It was truly awful. Then the stop at the sword factory was so lame, it was worthless. Sales people followed us around trying to push us to by their products. We were on a large bus and two thirds of the group spoke Spanish, with one third English speakers. The guide gave long detailed explanations in Spanish and short fast descriptions in English. I usually like Viator tours, but this one was just not worth the cost.
