Unfortunately the tour was far from what was described in the tour description. Firstly we spent 15 minutes at Harvard and only went to the toilets there. We didnt even see the main buildings or the entrances. We didnt stop at MIT or cambridge, drove past quickly. We asked the tour guide and he said its not included when the tour desciption clearly says 'After lunch, (not included) at Quincy Market and a visit to Boston Common, you'll cross the Charles River to stroll in the squares of the universities of Cambridge, Harvard and MIT, before returning to New York.'
A visit of the universities was supposed to be included and was not. We were very keen to see the universities and was one of the reasons we bought the tour.
Also we did not see site of the famous Tea Party.
Our tour guide wasnt very approachable or accomodating. When we asked about seeing the sites listed on the tour description , we were merely shrugged off.
I am very disappointed and request a complete refund for myself and my 2 friends who booked this tour as we didnt get what we paid for.
service was poor. when i asked the tour guide where the famous Cheers bar was, he had no clue and pointed me to some other bar 'Mccormick' at Quincy market and said thats it. I asked the locals and found the cheers bar.
This is unacceptable to us.

This tour was very well managed. the tour guide was very good. she spoke very well and shared alot of insights with us
we also stopped at all the main stops apart from jefferson memorial, which was abit diappointing. other than this the tour was very good, sufficient time given at all the places.

the tour bus is neat and clean and on time. places are very far in la and the tour bus is a nice way to get around. however saying that, some of the stop are very far from the sites eg. venice beach and rodeo drive. and theres no dual travelling busses, that means you have to go through the whole loop to get back to the beginning which takes a long time. other than that the service was very good. drivers very friendly and accomodating

We waited approx 30 min for the shuttle to arrive and when it did arrive, we circled the airport 3 times looking for other passengers to pick up. The driver kept looking at his screen for other possible passengers to pick up not considering how long we and the other passenger were waiting. We arrived at 10h10am at LAX. Then the driver drove terribly, almost met with an accident twice. played very loud music and drove fast. we were dropped of at 1h30 at the Renaiisance hotel in Hollywood. Im very very disappointed with this service.

good tour, neat safe and clean plane, good views of the grand canyon. a definately must do if you dont have alot of time in vegas
