I am less inclined to use shuttles again, drives appar to be quite rude and seem to like leaving persons sitting in shuttles for 20-30 minutes 'just in case' someone might be going the same way. Next time I travel I would be less inclined to use this mode of transport

I was totally appalled by this tour, poorly run with a guide whose English was very difficult to understand. Having paid the money for this tour and basically beng left to our own devices, told where to go and a time to be back at the bus with no guide to discuss at sites, if this was not bad enough then 1 hour only at Smithsonian including lunch, and then told if we were not back at the bus at the time indicated then we would need to catch a cab to Capitol Hill to meet up with tour. This tour took 15 hous in total and unless it as better run in the future I would not recommend it.

Excellent tour, fantastic guide, collected on time, flown to Buffalo and totally awesome day. Buffet lunch at Sheraton which was great. Took great pics, had a wonderful time. Would totally recommend this tour, well worth the money.

Brilliant - no other words would describe this. Loved every minute of the tour, great guide and the music from the church was awesome. Tourist participation was also another plus. Would totally recommend this tour

Bus did not collect as scheduled, so when I called up was advised to get a taxi to another venue in town and money would be reimbursed. Tour ver informative except microphone for driver was distorted and very difficult to understand some of what Leon was saying. I would recommend doing north and south in two separate rides.

Would not book this again, flight was 3 hours late in, totally rude driver who insisted on waiting at airport for over 30 minutes just in case there was someone else requiring a ride

It would have been much better if the bus was on time to collect. The tour was extremely informative but there wasn't enough time given to stay at each attraction given the number of tourists waiting to get on the Skywalk. In fact we waited over one hour just to get on to the Skywalk itself. Hoover Dam was great only we did not stay due to the fact we were running late
