Dearly Departed: The Tragic History Tour of Los Angeles

My Review: This is a small bus tour which takes in homes and notorious sites where good, bad and ugly things have happened. It is made interesting by the tour guide as he has a way of presenting the information that is very interesting, humorous and enjoyable. One of the best tours around!

San Diego Zoo Safari Park

My Review: There are a number of ways to visit this open area of Africa & Asia, as well as some more adventurous ways like the segways and flightline safaris to get the adrenalin pumping. But for the more senior visitors the cart safari or caravan safari are very enjoyable as well as informative, and the cheetah run is unbelievable - the speed of that animal!!!

San Diego Zoo Best Value Ticket

My Review: I haven't visited this zoo in over 30 years and was impressed with how visitor friendly it is. It is very hilly and there are buses and carts available to assist those less mobile (like myself). The exhibits are very open and the animals are easily able to be seen (if they want to be), and you can have different experiences (a behind the scenes tour) if you would like that. It is good to see the preservation of endangered species of both flora and fauna being researched. The pandas were amazing!! A good days outing.

My Review: Our Tour Guide was a retired captain who knew the history of the boat and may tales and myths of life on board. His ability to relate myths and facts in an engaging way held everyone entranced for the whole tour.

My Review: The stage for this production is amazing. The performers are without safety lines often and are incredible with their performance. It at times is breathtaking
