Belfast, United Kingdom
I loved the trip and would highly recommend it to anyone with a day to spend exploring the northern coast. Our guide/driver, Davie, was very informative and had a good sense of humour. I was fortunate to be on a smaller bus (16 people) instead of a large coach (50 people) which made getting off and on at the various stops more efficient. I think this was just luck though, as the same tour company had our mini-bus and 4 large coaches making the tour that day. Luckily the rain held off until the end of the day which made the hike across the rope bridge and the hike at Giant's Causeway all that much better. Those 2 stops both have an additional entrance fee, but the tour company offers a discount if you buy a combination entrance ticket through them on the bus at the start of the trip. Both stops are a part of the National Trust so if you are a member you shouldn't need to pay anything extra.
Great trip for someone traveling solo and not wanting to do all the driving myself. Well organized. Good traveling and hotel accomodations. You can choose to take these as single day-trips from Dublin or combine them in a multi-day trip which I would recommend as it gives you a chance to spend more time in the smaller towns outside the crowds of Dublin.
Great variety of things included in the pass with the ability to return to places (one admission per location per day). I wish I had had more time to see and do more. The only drawback was that I didn't get the booklet of what's included until I arrived in Dublin so wasn't able to preplan daily itineraries. I'll likely get the pass again the next time I go back, and I've saved the book from this trip so I'll be able to do some preplanning.
