Long walk to the station but no problems getting tickets. However we were advised at the information desk that it would have been much cheaper for us to buy them at the station as we had two seniors and six children who would have all been at reduced prices. We could have saved a lot of money.

No problems picking up our tickets. Had a great day at the studios. Good time to visit as there were no huge queues.

We booked for transport to a North Hollywood Hotel. Nine of us went in one van and two in another. We were told there were no vans for eleven people even thought I had tried to book for one. The driver of the van transporting two of us said that our voucher was insufficient to get to our hotel.and charged us a further $20. I think this guy is making money on the side and needs to be looked in to. I have a receipt from him but doubt it is worth the paper it is printed on. We had no trouble on our return trip to the airport. We heard of a similar complaint from another couple staying at our hotel (The Beverley Garland) Our bookings were reference numbers 41753825 and 41753931. The driver number on the receipt was 19888.

Can't recommend this highly enough. The coach was extremely comfortable and our hostess was very informative and highly amusing. We were all kept entertained.

Excellent value. Comfortable coach and courteous driver. Just loved our day at Sea World.
