Value for money was not in question but the company was totally disorganised to the point we would advise going to universal yourselves! We sat for an hour in their waiting room and then their driver took us all through Chinatown on the normal " stops" route instead of just going down the expressway - a half hour on the bus! The staff couldn't tell us what the 3 extras were and the duckW tour was crowded and boring!
We have done the original duck tours boat many times and I would recommend it over DuckW anytime. All in all work out whether this is going to cost you time over a small amount of savings.

We were very fortunate to have Foo as our tour guide and he was a veritable mine of information. Wonderful tour and fantastic lunch, it covered an enormous amount.

Well worth the money- great fun! We had a terrific group of people and a wonderful guide in Patrick. We literally laughed all night! Patrick thank you for a fantastic memory of Singapore!

Sensational! Beautiful hotel, fantastic food, I just wish we knew how gorgeous "old" Sorrento was as we would have booked to stay another couple of days after the trip!
We were very very fortunate to be able to see the blue grotto as the weather is very fickle and there are only a few trips per week-and we were one of the lucky ones!
Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone interested in seeing a bit more of Italy than just Rome!
