Driver friendly and on time

Easy to find meeting point, driver was friendly.

Both castles were fantastic, the Neuschwanstein was amazing make sure you go to the viewing platform to view the castle. It is about 15 mins walk from the castle. Tour guides were friendly, lunch was good at the spot the guide recommended. Guide should have mentioned the viewing platform to everyone as a lot of ppl didn't realise there was a platform and missed out. I only knew about the platform as I read victors reviews before going on the tour. Would recommend this tour to everyone.

Ok day, driver was nice and tour guide was nice. It flooded on the day we went to Venice which was annoying and it rained alot of the day. Took 3 hrs via car, realise now it would have been better to just catch the train as the train takes 1.5 hrs. Tour guide showed us around for 2 hrs, properly didn't really need a guide. Venice was nice but the weather when we went was really bad. Too expensive for 2 ppl, would properly recommend for 6 ppl but if there's only two of you I would just catch a train, the train station was across the road from where our driver dropped us off and you could spend much more time there instead of wasting it on travelling. If you are thinking of booking a gondola, do it there it's much cheaper and there are plenty of gondola companies.

Gondola ride was pretty good, accordion player and singer were also good. Everyone was taking pics of us as we were the only gondola with music and a singer. If I could do it again I wouldn't pre book for a gondola ride as there are plenty of places to do it on the day for a much cheaper price. We payed the extra price for music and singer and all the other gondolas seem to just follow us around so everyone ended up getting the singing at our expense. The 3 men on our gondola were friendly towards us but talked constantly to each other in Italian even through the singing. The guy singing would just stop singing for a minute to answer a question then start up again. Most of the other gondolas put an effort in and wore the stripy shirts etc that you would expect to see from all the Venice pics but ours didn't. It was like they weren't really prepared and didn't put in much effort. Book it when you get there as you can decide on a price on the day and you can be sure the weather is nice and the people are friendly. Still was a good experience but too expensive for a 35min ride.

Def recommend this tour for skipping the line, the line up without a pre booked ticket was hours long. Guide was nice and informative

Make sure you check the weather before you go which you can't really do if you pre book. Weather was bad on our tour so the blue grotto was closed so were the chair lifts. We had a 3 hr bus ride to Capri then a 50 min boot ride, then sat around for ages with nothing to do but look at the same shops of limoncello. Then a 50 min boat then a 3 hr bus ride back to Rome. Very long day, would of been worth it if we could have seen the blue grotto. Tour bus stopped half way on the bus trip to break up the long drive, only problem was we stopped at the same place there and back but so did every other tour bus. There were 9 bus loads of people at the one shop which is just stupid as the line up for food was ridiculous and the line up for the bathroom was not worth the wait as it was at least 50 people long on both our stops. The tour buses should not all stop at the same shop.

Good tour, long 3 hr drive there and then another 3 hr drive back to Rome so a very long day. Not enough time to look around Pompeii in my opinion.

Very good tour, def need the skip the line tickets. The line up was hrs long wait if you didn't pre book tickets. Tour guide was nice and very informative.

Nice tour, boat ride a bit expensive 8 Euros per person to go to the middle rock to take photos. 2 min boat ride but nice photos of the falls from the middle rock.

Would have been a great day with a spectacular view but the weather was very bad on the day we did our tour. Cable car was cancelled due to bad weather so we had to take the cogwheel train up and down the mountain which was a lil boring as you couldn't see anything more then 5 metres in front of you as there was so much fog. The view from the top of the mountain would have been fantastic except we saw nothing but fog. I would highly recommend doing this tour only when the weather is good as we just sat on a chair for an hr and a half waiting for the train so we could come back down the mountain. I Am very disappointed as we should have been able to cancel the tour or reschedule as we couldn't see a thing. I'm not blaming viator as they cannot control the weather but we should have been able to reschedule as its quite an expensive tour. I would recommend to just book a ticket yourself on the day as you can decide if the weather is good that day to be worth going up the mountain.

Fantastic tour, loved all the Chateau's. This is a must do tour, tour guide was hard to understand as he had a very thick accent and the receiver he gave us to hear him through kept cutting out so we didn't hear much of what he was saying about the Chateaus. It seemed everyone else on the bus couldn't hear him either. Was still a fantastic tour.

Tour is a must see, palace is amazing with beautiful gardens. Didn't see anything about the optional fountain show but we must have went at the wrong time. Fantastic tour.

Was a little confused about pick up point when I called. Waited out the front of the airport no one was there. Called the tour company back, waited a about half hour to be picked up by the shuttle. After we got picked up everything went smoothly.

Great tour, we got skip the line tickets but when we went through the line no one was in it so we didn't really need to pay extra for skip the line tickets on that day. I did go past another day though and the line was very long. Great views
