Viator has never let us down, whether it is is a tour in Europe or in America.

This was a spectacular tour -- better than I could have imagined.

Working with Viator for any of my shore excursions has been a pleasure.

The tour guides that are assigned these excursions are superior in their knowledge.

It was just as I expected, even better.

All of our viator trips were spectacular and worth the money; since we took about 8 trips with Viator on our last journey, it's hard to remember anything particular about this trip. What I can tell you is that it was everything I expected and more.

No surprises -- just as efficient as the ones we were on in Rome, Paris, and Amsterdam.

There was too much "downtime," When we arrived at the little Molokai airport at not quite 9:00 a.m., we were told the tour would not begin until 10:00. By 10:30, we were still waiting, and got picked up sometime after that. The nearest we could figure out is that the mule driver (who was also our tour guide) had to bring the mule riders down first (they were already on the school bus when we were picked up and participated in our tour). The tour itself was very nice, but when we were brought back to the airfield, we had to wait another two hours for our return flight to Oahu. Mind you, we were in the middle of nowhere so its not like we could browse through town. The trip was supposed to have been 6 hours, but we were gone for 9 hours. Unexceptable and not up to Viator standards! We have been all over Europe with Viator trips and have NEVER experienced this.

The pick-up at the airport was superb. The return from the cruise ship left a little to be desired. For some reason, we had been bumped to a later pickup (even though we confirmed our schedule) and ended up waiting almost an hour in the sun for another shuttle. Things happen, but it would have been nice to receive a phone call to inform us of the delay.

Who knew what a wonderful park and gardens awaited us on the Inner Harbour and Island cruise. If anything, the tour is understated.

Whenever we go to an unexplored city, we head for the Viator on-off bus. It's the best way to get an overview before we embark on our own exploration. In this case, we just happened to be at Casa Loma at lunchtime, and just had to get off before finishing our tour. And after lunch -- we had the anticipation of finishing the rest of the Toronto tour. What a nice day!
