Guide was great. Was way too crowded but this is the fault of the Vatican (no timed entry tickets), not the tour operators. If we did it again, we would NOT go on a Saturday.

Our guide, Antonio, was funny. We enjoyed learning about the history of many of the famous buildings. He also gave us a good recommendation for gelato.
