This is an adventure definitely worth doing. The lunch was authentic for the region and delicious. You are on a time crunch so it is not a leisurely excursion. You do have to be in good physical shape. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The guides, Emme and Julia, were friendly and helpful.
