right on time and drop off in front of departing airline, I was not expecting that

Drove around for an hour picking up other hotel guests and then drove to another location to switch buses before going to hotel, this process from hotel pickup to zoo took 2 hrs ( I was a 10 min taxi ride from hotel) and then we were picked up an hour before the zoo closed. I think this should have been disclosed that there would not be a full day there.

While there were numerous hop on/off locations, there were really only three that had anything to do once dropped off. Had to get off to get real ticket and the central ticket booth.

Shuttle location was easy to find. However, driver complained the entire trip and criticized me for booking the shuttle before I arrived as he was losing money on my transfer to hotel. I felt very uncomfortable and tipped double than I would have to just be able to get out of the van. Was afraid he would be my pickup at hotel to airport driver and I wanted to make sure he would be there on time
