After a very long day travelling there was no one there to meet us. We did as instructed and looked out for the man dressed as described. No one in sight so after being told by someone who was obviously a rogue taxi driver that super shuttle no longer operated in miami airport I decided to ring them on my mobile. I got an answer and was assured our pickup was on his way and to go back to our carousel. Got fed up waiting and rang again and was told this time it was a woman we should look out for. By now the arrivals hall was practically empty and the only thing we could see was a woman pushing a luggage trolley with a sign that was not visible and the way she was dressed was nothing like as smart as we had been led to expect. The same can be said for the level or lack of communication. the luggage trolley was not for our cases. when the bus came the driver was as disorganised and along with all the other disgruntled passengers we eventually gor to our hotel!!

Alot better experience than our pickup from the airport. Was'nt sure what to expect so ordered the previous day for a time that would allow for us to get a taxi if the shuttle didnt turn up. It arrived bang on time and driver was very well dressed,polite and courteous. A much nicer transfer.
