Good commentary and views on the drive to Venlo and well worth the effort as we thoroughly enjoyed the exhibits, food and beautiful garden displays for a memorable day spent at Floriade.

Guide arrived late and compounded this further for the gathered group of 8 by waiting for 2 non arrivals. She then failed to warn against pickpockets at the Louvre, resulting in the trauma of wallet theft. None in the party were impressed.

Driver/Guide both knowledgeable and interesting though dual announcements in English and Spanish somewhat distracting and not the best views from the transport provided, thankfully for 6 passengers instead of the 8 booked. The lunch was mass produced and mediocre.

What a pleasure to be collected on time by an immaculately groomed pleasant professional in a spotless motor car and to be whisked away without stress to the airport.

No driver on arrival and further wait after contacting office then no apology from substitute who strode ahead without offering assistance with any of the luggage - most unimpressed!

Welcomed by our courteous and helpful driver who was waiting to meet us on arrival and who handled our baggage efficiently as he escorted us to a very comfortable and immaculately clean car. In addition he retrieved a missing mobile phone which had been dropped in the vehicle and returned this early the following morning which was greatly appreciated. Excellent service!
