After much anticipation for this tour, found it very disappointing.Firstly the meal I was by myself and in a local pub at the singapore flyer ( should have been a Singaporean meal, honestly I can get pub food at home). We wasted time at the meeting point to hop on the tour bus. Though it was a saturday night we didn't have time to enjoy fully the gardens at night it was a bit of a rush.
Bugis market just enough time to go to the toilet. Chinatown was only a drive through but did enjoy the colour of the decorations in the streets. I also enjoyed the bumboat ride.
Enjoyed the Chinese meal, the dishes were shared with the other tour participants. Had enough time to chat and enjoy the company of others. A must do is the "long bar" at Raffles. For those who don't like cocktails you can buy drinks at the bar. Also enjoyed the band that was playing that night.
Great day, sea condition's quite calm. The Captain of the boat excellent in his professionalism. Lunch was okay a little slow on our table which in the end had to rush to board the bus. The only dampener of the trip that the bus driver/ tour guide was not very professional, comments made were not acceptable. I also felt that he had to override people even though questions weren't directed to him.
